This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Collection and Use of Your Personal Data

Cush supports data storage both locally and via iCloud. The data you input in the app will be stored on your local device or iCloud account based on your choice. We have integrated a third-party SDK to collect usage and diagnostic data that is not associated with your identity. This helps us in operational statistics and analysis of the app, and in improving crash situations. However, these data are anonymous and do not contain any personally identifiable information or any private information of your accounting records.

The integrated SDKs are the Umeng Analytics SDK and the Umeng App Performance Monitoring SDK. The SDK operator is Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. Types of personal information collected include device information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI/ICCID), location information, and network information. When you use Cush AI-related features, we will automatically receive and send relevant information generated during your interaction with the app to our third-party partners. Cush itself does not collect and analyze your input. The information you send has been identified and cannot be traced back to you. The information you enter will only be used to output and improve content to you and provide human-computer interaction services. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. If and only when you click on the Feedback Intent button on the generated information, Cush will collect your de-identified input information to help us improve our services.

Retention and Disclosure of Your Personal Data

All data inputted or generated in the app will be securely stored on your personal device and iCloud. You have the right to review and modify all data stored in the app at any time. If you wish to delete data, you can do so directly in the app. After deletion, all data will be cleared from your device and iCloud account, and Cush will not retain any accounting privacy data.

If the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data will still be retained on your local device. We will notify you in advance before your personal data is transferred and subjected to a different privacy policy. In certain circumstances, the company may disclose your personal data in response to legal requirements or valid requests from public authorities (such as courts or government agencies).

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
